From the Montreal Jazz Festival website: "In her early twenties, California pianist Connie Han already boasts an incredible musical maturity. Inspired by such jazz piano icons as Hank Jones, McCoy Tyner and Kenny Kirkland, the versatile artist devoted her debut album to the repertoire of Broadway composer Richard Rodgers. She takes the stage accompanied by Edwin Livingston (bass) and Bill Wysaske (drums). An afternoon of virtuosity."
